Spain Blocks Legal Ruling In Exchange For China’s Blood-Money

If reports featured in The China Post are accurate then it appears within Spain the rule of law is subservient to the political expediency of the Government. The decision reported yesterday that the Spanish Government will block the recent legal ruling charging former Chinese leaders with genocide in Tibet is a disappointing, though entirely predictable development. Fearful of an economic backlash from the Chinese Regime Spain’s authorities have capitulated, a depressing indication of how international politics is dictated by economics.
