News is breaking that a Tibetan has self-immolated outside a monastery in the Khanlo area of East Tibet’s Amdo Region. Reports of the protest against China’s vicious and illegal occupation of Tibet emerged two days after Mr. Kunchok Tenzin, aged 28, engulfed in flames.
