According to a report published by the Exiled Tibetan Administration Ms Tsering Dolma was arrested April 2, 2021. In September 2022 she was sentenced by the Chinese regime in Kardze, Kham region of occupied Tibet. to eight years imprisonment for political activism.
This courageous Tibetan woman had been arrested on two previous occasions. During June 2008 and 2012 for participating in protests against China’s tyrannical rule in Tibet. Tsering’s health has seriously deteriorated as a result of torture and abuse during her arrests and detention. She’s reported to be suffering from a range of health issues including epileptic fits, amnesia, heart disease and has had broken bones. She is from Kham Kardze and a mother of two sons

Subscribers of Tibettruth have been campaigning on behalf of Tibetan political prisoners and those efforts have been welcomed and praised by former inmates, who reported such actions as offering real encouragement and hope to Tibetans. The campaign has also served a warning to the Chinese authorities that organizations are monitoring the plight of particular prisoners and of general conditions.
