Anonymous Crashes Chinese Embassy Site

Anonymous has reported today that it has hacked and defaced what appears to be a site linked to one of China’s consulates, http://chinese-embassy.com/  although no details of which particular consular location was given. This latest action will no doubt be greatly welcomed by Tibetans, who for many years have suffered intense cyber attacks orchestrated by China’s regime against a number of Tibet-related sites. Those individuals who participated in this ethical hacking deserve the applause of all who vale human rights, freedom of expression and are opposed to the brutal occupation of Tibet. Grateful thanks to our colleagues on Twitter for the heads-up on this report and special appreciation to @Fakazey who shared details of the action. Stay tuned as we imagine similar strikes will continue, supporting what’s  been described as Operation Tibet.
