Hey China! It Might Get Loud On February 13

In preparation for February 13, a day of protests and commemorating the proclamation of Tibet’s independence, following the expulsion of Chinese forces a century ago, Tibetans are giving notice to China’s consulates (such as this one in Toronto)  that it might get loud!
