Update: Package Discarded Near Dalai Lama’s Home Not Dangerous

Reports yesterday from Tibet Express of what had been claimed to be an explosive device found near Namgyal Buddhist monastery; in the town of Dharamsala Northern India, home to the Dalai Lama, have today been updated by a statement from the Department of Security of Tibetan government in exile. The discarded and taped item was found to pose no danger. More details on Phayul HERE
