Anonymous activists have issued a video statement announcing that ‘Operation Tibet’ will be targeting Chinese government sites on February 13, which falls on Tibetan Independence Day. This action will be the latest in an increasing number of attacks, which are taken in solidarity with the Tibetan cause.
